Our Story

We opened because DeLand deserved a place that takes its flour seriously.

Label Bar and Lounge started with a simple conviction: that the best part of a day is the pause between obligations. A croissant eaten slowly. A coffee that doesn't taste like it was made in a hurry. A chair that invites you to stay.

We bake every morning before the doors open. We source our coffee from roasters who know the name of the farmer. And we built this space so that whether you're working, reading, or just breathing — you're doing it somewhere that feels good.

The Space

We designed Label Bar to feel like the kitchen of someone you trust — warm materials, natural light, nothing shouting for attention. The counter is open so you can watch the bakers work. The lounge seating is arranged for conversation or solitude, whichever you need.
